Thanks for your reply. I did have Biometrics done in January this year, but have not received a notice for an interview yet.

If I were you I would send messages to USCIS via your online account. People who filed in the beginning of 2020 were left behind while people who filed in July, August got interviews. Remind them that you're still waiting. I sent them a message asking who to contact to get a bio appointment - my congress person or the ombudsman. A couple of weeks later I got my bio appointment and my interview was scheduled just four days later, my whole process took a little over 10 months.

Hey all!

I just had my biometrics done on Monday and I already got an interview notice for the end of August (I filed N400 in March). I'm a little in shock at how fast this has moved?! My appointment is also at 7:15am at the LOS office, I didn't realize they opened that early, lol!

I have a question - I'm studying the handbook for the test, and for the questions where there are are multiple right answers - e.g. "What does the Constitution do?" - and the answers listed are "Sets up the government," "Defines the government" and "protects basic rights of Americans" - do we have to list all of these, or just once?

Thanks so much :)

If the question asks for more than one answer, then you need to memorize as many answer as it asks for. If it doesn't ask for a certain number of answers, then you only need to know one.

I suggest you listen to youtube videos instead, they're much more like the real test where someone asks a question and you answer. At the real test you don't get to read the questions, you don't get multiple choice answers etc. Youtube has a ton of citizenship test videos, pick one that suits you. Start out with a slow one, when you know the answers there are faster ones (like all 100 questions in 13 minutes, those videos are awesome).

My wife will be filing for her N-400 under 3 year rule next Tuesday.  She received her 10 year GC in June 2022.  Our field office is Los Angeles County (downton LA).  We are basically uploading most of the same information which she used for her I-751 (updated to include latest statements- she is not uploading any pictures).  I will update here once we have filed with any updates.

Based on VJ immigration timeline, I am seeing roughly 8-9 months before interview/oath.  If anyone has recent timeline experience, please share.

@Scandi, thanks for setting this thread up while back and for your hint on parking around LA FO.
