same sex marriage divorce forms

I have a friend that is on a same sex marriage and he is getting divorce to apply for ROC

 

thing is: on the Florida courts website all the forms from Florida ( https://www.flcourts.org/content/download/403028/3456502/901a.pdf )

only says Husband + Wife.

since is a husband + husband marriage, Can he still use that type of divorce form??
