Returning an uncollected I94-A HELP

Hello guys. I need your help asap. 

 

My husbands grandma's i94-A (she has a b2 visa) expires in 19 days. She returned to Mexico a couple of months ago (when covid19 started) and she assumed she would be able to come back sooner so she never surrendered her i94-A card when entering Mexico. 

 

Now I've investigated a little bit and it says we can mail her

i94-A to this adress:

 

Coleman Data Solutions

Box 7965

Akron, OH 44306 Attn: NIDPS (I-94) USA

 

with the supporting evidence of her return to Mexico. 

 

Let me get this straight we are talking about 77 year old woman. She has no job, no credit cards, no school, NOTHING to prove she is back to Mexico! No boarding passes (she returned in a car) and mexican border officers didn't stamp her passport.

 

What other evidence can we send that she actually returned? Help us!! All her kids live in USA and she would be devastated to lose her b2 visa.

This may sound dumb but you can use letters or even send her money (Western Union) with her name to the address she is currently at. just an option i guess.

If she lives near the border, she can go to any port of entry and surrender the I-94 to any CBP officer.

What does Coleman Data Solutions have to do with anything?  Something doesn’t sound right.

That's the address listed on the CBP website, where people should mail their I-94 when they didn't return it in person when departing the US.
