Soooo I was looking over my I-129F petition and I saw that I forgot to check “5d Not applicable, beneficiary is my spouse or I am not a multiple filer“ under the multiple filer section 😑. This is my first submission, should I go ahead and assume they’re not going to bother to check that I’ve never filled before and send me an RFE

Never assume anything in life nevermind in regards to immigration. At least you know if you do receive a RFE you can submit it back quickly. Please triple check all your documents in the future; one little mistake can result in a denial or RFE and continue to hold your case up when processing times are already uncertain.

Also just realized that my fiancé didn't check that box either... Bummer 😔

Well hopefully we’ll be able to process through our RFEs quickly 🤞🏻. I think I only read the first part about being a spouse and disregarded 🤦🏻‍♀️

RFE will likely give you a 30 to 60 day delay at this point maybe even much more. Please go over your apps at least 3 times and better yet have a 2nd set of eyes look it over. They are going to be extremely busy once they get going again.
