Case update Question

A question for thosewho have filed the i751 and have received the text case status update that shows their i751 was received.

 

If the date of NOT receiving your NOA that is on this same case update is coming up or has recently passed what steps have you taken to reach out? 

 

Do you just call them inquiring or is there an email that should also be sent? What is the general feedback on doing both does it help to get the NoA or would you then receive further updates?

 

Edit: Also by creating a my USCIS account and adding the case number, is it  generally advised to sign up for one, do you receive more in depth case updates than what the text notifications provide?
