Hi,

I am a USA citizen but a stay at home mom. I have a few questions

1) if I apply for my parents GC do i need to fill in any forms other than I-130(they live in UAE)

2) can i also apply for my siblings at the same time while j apply for parents. All siblings are married and above 21. Only 1 is unmarried and above 21

3) If i apply for my siblings how many years the process takes? Can my parents apply for them after GC? Is through parents a faster way?

4) if their GC applications go to uscis and they want to come visit USA can they file for b1/b2. (They all live in UAE or Australia) can visiting be stopped in anyway if GC applications are under process?

I hope you have a large income to be able to sponsor all these people.

Your family can apply for a b1/b2 and visit ; they must prove to the CO that they aren’t going to stay here and that they have strong ties to home.

1. See guides. You will need in due course i864 too.
2. Yes

3. 15 years or more. It won’t be faster for your parents unless the unmarried one stays unmarried. Green card holder filing for unmarried over 21 son/daughter is 5-7 years. They will have to become citizens to file for married children so 5 years to citizenship plus 13 or more years for married children.
4. They can apply. They will need to show ties home.

You will obviously need a joint sponsor as you have no income.

Thankyou all..this is good for now. Let me get back when i start these applications.

One per parent, one per sibling (each sibling’s spouse/children are included as derivatives on their petition). $535 per petition.

Does not really matter.  Your income will not be relevant for many years.

Income doesn't matter until the petitions get to the NVC.

As for your employment "Housewife" is fine.   Don't list anything that you don't get paid for.

Thanks Jorgedig for the reply, Can you explain this a little in detail I did not understand how my income will not matter?

Because with sibling visas taking 15 years or more, it would not make sense to submit any financial info now.  15 years is a long time, and most people will have changes to their incomes.
