Hi! I am adjusting from j1 internship through marriage, and I couldn’t find an answer for my question. For i944 do I need to evaluate only my masters in management gotten in Poland but also my bachelors in law from Russia?

it seems like I need to evaluate the latest one but once I indicate that I have different bachelor would it be a problem?

thank you🌺

Going by the instructions for the I-944, I'd play it safe and get both evaluated. I don't think USCIS requires aligned courses, they are just asking for credentials to determine your future employ-ability, which translates to you getting a job later on and not becoming a public charge. Just my two cents. ;)
