People work around the clock, not only daytime.

Highly doubt a government office works around the clock.

Can I share somethings with you that I learned long ago about this process?

Thanks Greenbaum, I do appreciate the kind words. But I am definitely patient. At the end of the day, it doesn’t affect the process whether the notification comes the moment-of, or even a week late. My reply was only meant to respond to your reply that they’re “damned if they do and damned if they don’t” when the reality is they could do more to deliver prompt notifications. Again, does it really matter? No. But I’m just saying.

There are many ways that the process and interaction between our government agencies could be more transparent but the fact of the matter is they aren't and I sincerely doubt they will change to any one of us's approval. They could do a much better job with the tools they already have but someone hasn't decided that is a priority hence the way it is today.
