I have questions again as usual...

The last time i wrote that I was changing my address, I finally rented a mail box today because starting Aug 1st i have no where to stay.

I was in the process of completing AR-11 for but I got confuse at the point they asked for current physical address (Not PO BOX). can I use the post office address and assigned box number and my unit number? I was advised at the post office that whenever I need to enter the address where PO Bx is not accepted, that I can use that option and I will still get my mails.

 

Secondly, I requested mail forwarding today, I will send a letter to myself next week to confirm if its working.

 

Lastly and most importantly, my i 765 renewal was sent to NBC (Stupid of me) and I am still waiting while my I 360 (response to RFE was sent this month) and I 485 is in VT. Do i need to send 2 separate forms to the different addresses?

Also, do I need t add a letter with the forms explaining why I am using a POBOX.

 

Thanks all for always coming to my rescue, all response are appreciated. Also please keep me in your prayers, my EAD 180 ext letter expires in Sept. and I am being thrown out of my house on Aug 1st. I hope I get over this phase soon, I am exhausted.

VSC is very much aware that a p.o box can be a safe address where your mails can be delivered! I believe a lot of people here used that as well..You will be fine! I've read previous post concerning this option!👍

Well, I am hoping the same... no interview but... my medicals are expired and my new medicals were good for my interview time... but not now, I have thought many times to send them without RFE... but not sure about it 

today I submitted a e-request and they replied 😳 saying “They input a request for an interview in their system “ first time ever they do that... might be a general reply...

I am so tempted to update my medicals and mail it or contact them trough my congressperson...

Hello, 

Please i am new on this page, I just found this page today while trying to search answer on Google. I submitted my i360, i485. i765 early August 2018. I have received 2EAD and 3PFs. I received RFE February 2020 and I responded in May 2020. I got i797c in the mail yesterday with a Transfer notice which reads " we have completed a preliminary review of the application or petition (your case). We transferred your case to the following USCIS office listed below so an interview for your case can be scheduled. 

NBC....please what does this mean? Does it mean my case has been approved? I will appreciate any response. Thanks.

my I485 is from my marriage back in June 2016,  interview scheduled April 2020 right a the time of the shutdown.

Filling office San Francisco, CA... my file was transferred to San Jose office to expedite the process 😀

Trust me if your case (i485)is approved, you'll know! Your i360 has probably been adjudicated and this NOA probably refers to your i485 being transferred your local office to join the queue for interview! Fingers crossed..these days i485 can be approved without interview..watch and pray!😊🙏

@Lish It looks like your I360 is approved and your I-485 is transferred to your Local USCIS Office for interview. You might get your Green Card approved without interview. So Congratulations in advance.

We all are praying for that, hopefully things will start to move soon so we can hopefully get approved and start a new chapter in our life.

I pray so for y'all waiting but honestly..I don't think sending in updated medicals will have any influence especially when they didn't ask for it..also the trend I see they approve without interview are mostly i485 petitions filed after VAWA approval..not together...others can confirm it here..💁but I'm not one to discourage, so if you feel strongly about it, by all means send it in!👍
