There it is! Anyway unauthorized work is usually forgiven for VAWA petitioners..it would make sense to say before petitioning..than after petitioning..not 100%sure but they're forgiven. If you're married to a USC you can apply for C9 EAD with a pending i485 and be able to work legally..the attorneys didn't tell you that? I wouldn't want you to be in any unfavorable situation..💁

Yikes. He filed the annulment in Nevada where we got married not In AZ where He lives. My bad guys. Now I need an attorney in Nevada not AZ. Thank you

If you have a valid work permit you can continue working. Legally speaking you should not work without a valid EAD.

if he doesn't live in Nevada, or if he never lived as a married couple in Nevada then he can't file for divorce there.It's mandatory in Nevada that one of the spouses lived there for at least 6 weeks.

Please enlighten me! Few minutes ago I just received this notice under the receipt number of an I-765 I mistakenly put as C31 category back in January,  it says card is being produced.  

 

If some of you remember me last May 2020 I hurried up corrected my i765 renewal application to C09 and already received the receipt notice and just waiting for the approval on that.

 

Last week I just submitted my RFE for the I360, the good moral character and police clearance.

 

What does this mean when they said card being produced on that I765 c31 category I mistakenly filed?

 

Please help me! Does that mean I am approved? 🤞🤞🤞

New card produced always means approval..but looks like it's for the work authorization not i360. Either ways congrats.👍😊

Thank you.. That's what I am trying to make sure if it means the 1360 is approved? Since the card being produced is under the C31, I765 I filed? Is that what it means?

According to the case you posted...it says employment authorization (I765) not under i360. It's easy to tell you otherwise..but it is what it is! I guess you'll share with us when you receive the card. Can you send a screen shot of your case status under i360?..the one you shared is under i765.

@cindy122808 When the status of your i360 changes to New card being produced, than that's undoubtedly VAWA approval! It's different from the i765 C9 category you filed and just got approved for! Like I said post a screen shot of the status of your i360 so I'm clear on the status quo!👍

That is for the i360 it came at the same time with the notice of the i765 c31 category. The i765 that said card is produced is under c31 though not under the c09.

This is what I needed to see..surely when your i360 gets approved you'll definitely see the status change to 'New card being produced'👍
