Last time we chatted you mentioned you're in Queens? Anyway google senator Kirsten Gillibrand or Yvette Clarke when you contact them they'll send you the privacy release form just fill it out attach the receipt notice of the case you want closure on..they'll get back to you when they have answers! These are the two people I contacted..you can choose the one in your district.😊👍

Hello friends. Hope we are all doing great. Praying for everyone’s safety in this pandemic and approvals.

Got this update today that my card is being produced and wondering if it means my VAWA has been approved. I only filed I360 and I already have an EAD from my asylum case. Waiting for VAWA approval before filing for I485.

I received my RFE today for my 485 and interesting enough it came from NBC Lee's Summit, Missouri and not from Vermont. They asked for a copy of an electronic version of my birth certificate from my home country. Lucky enough my relatives back home can work on it for me before the 87 days to respond to this rfe. DHL also provides service to my home country during these times so I'm a bit relieved.

Congrats to everyone and recent approvals. Let's not forget that God 🙏 is always in control and each day is a step closer to the end.

Hey friends from the same boat!

Great to see so many approvals and green cards without interview!

I am getting out of patience, especially when I see 2019 cases are getting processed.

Case Submitted: I-130, I-485 on June 26, 2018. It’s out of processing time now and when I did request they have never sent me an answer (however it says they did).

I received my C31 on April 30 without any Case approval letter and nothing changed for I-485.

I asked my lawyer what is this C31 for and she said this is just EA for this case and it doesn’t guarantee approval, as well as now will be COVID delays.

It’s been 2,5 months of silence after receiving C31 and my last Prima Facie is until Aug 30,2020.

Please suggest how long more it can take and if I should do 2nd request for out of processing time?

Hi Guys! I just now noticed this morning that my online status for my I-765 (EAD) renewal application changed to request for additional evidence. What could this possibly? Has anyone experienced an RFE for EAD renewal application? I'm getting anxious. 2 days ago I just sent an RFE for my i360 which I have to go through hoops to get (the police clearance from home country).

 

I hope someone can give me insight. Thank you

It's advisable for people who have been traumatized to continue with counselling. The scars that last the longest are not always physical!
