Guys! Just now I got another message that my approval notice was sent back toUSCIS because post office cannot deliver it.

What is this?

I did change of address. I have a confirmation. It was 14 months ago. I got my sons card on this address.
What can cause it?

Im so frustrated😭

As I said many times here, USCIS is damn messy when someone changes the address, it's a nightmare.Ask the congressperson to inquire USCIS on your behalf about this mistake.

I can fully agree with @Stillwinning!!!😊 the only reason why my cased moved forward was me reaching out ot my local congressman. What i can suggest is for you to reach out to your local congressman and to ask for his/her assistancence. Nonetheless the lest this is my personal oppinoon and you will have to make that determination.

You got that right girl!👍 proactive is the way forward..then you'll rest easy awaiting results!💁

My I-360 has been approved!

received May, 2018

approved Jan, 2020

I am wondering if they do interviews now at all. Does anyone know?

Congrats on the approval! Truth be told since the pandemic, I haven't heard of any interviews, yet USCIS doesn't want to put out anything official as to waiving interviews even though that's what's happening currently at least for some cases! Left for me if you have an approved petition..VAWA or any other, you should get your Greencard without further ado!💁

Have a question about moving out of state.

I filed I-485, I-131 and I-765 in August 2019. My spouse hid substance abuse problems and mental health issues from me throughout our marriage, and left our home in October 2019. Our i-485 interview was scheduled for January 2020, but my attorney postponed it. I-360 filed in March 2020. Have not received rescheduling notice for i-485 interview, and case status shows 'Scheduled for Interview' since December 2019. Received my EAD in January 2020.

I currently live in NYC, and work in the hospitality industry, and I dont believe I will be available to continue to live here with the pandemic for the foreseeable future.

I have a friend who I could move in with out of state, and have a job lined up there also. I am worried about moving out of state may cause my i-485, i-131 and i-765 to be revoked before the rescheduled interview, where I would ask to keep my i-485 active while my i-360 is being processed.

Can anyone give me advice on this situation?

Your attorney can ask the USCIS to put the AOS on hold now. Most of the time they put on hold and sometimes they ignore the letter and set up the interview.

Really want to hope for no interview decision, but to be fair - the only cases I've seen here approved without interviews are those for people who filed I485 only after VAWA was approved, and not together like most of us did

Yes, I’d like to find out if anyone who had their I-485 put on hold, get an interview scheduled or green card without interview.

Hi! Just send them changing address request. If my memory doesn’t betray me you can find the right address where to send this request in a USCIS website under the “change address” menu.

Ive noticed you have your VAWA is pending decision on RFE

They will change the address very fast.
I don’t think you will have an issues with it.

Fix  me someone if I’m mistaken

Thank you, I will try that..

Hello great people! I just submitted my RFE today. How long should I wait for a result? What is your usual experience?

I submitted police clearance from home country and self-affidavit of good moral character.

I submitted my response to RFE 9 weeks ago, but no decision so far.

USCIS is damn messy to update the address, 8 out of  10 cases they email the old address.I saw this happening hundreds of time here in the past 16 years. You should notarize a letter with the new address and mail it to Vermont.Wait a few days and go to infopass to see if they changed your address, despite I saw many times they confirmed the address was changed and they still sent the letter to the old address as well.

OMG, I am so scared now, that is why I am renting a mail box because I do not have any where to stay permanently yet.

I will try to do all it takes. God help me.

Thank you so much.

I'm kind of irritated that your attorney is discouraging you from seeking help elsewhere..an additional help? Who does that? It's left for you to be proactive! Senator Kirsten Gillibrand helped me so much! Everytime her office reached out to USCIS, my case moved forward! If I were you I would enquire regardless of what the attorney says..but you're you..so do what your heart tells you! I'm sure you know what that is!😏
