Friends - if anyone has had a vawa immigration lawyer - how much is a reasonable cost?

mine offered me $4000. Another one was $7000. I assume this concludes whole cost for i360 i485 but ead renewals will be $500 each. Hope for your advice

If your case is not complicated believe me you can do this yourself by the help of this forum.  You do not need a lawyer at all. Many mess people's case, i would suggest sandraj

If you dont have any more evidence write a letter explaining that you already submitted All the docus and evidence you have, or you can ask for an affidavits to those people that know about your marriage. If you filed for vawa STILL you need to convince the officer that you enter into a good faith marriage!

I did filled all documents for Vawa and submitted everything 4 years ago, anyway I need to see what Uscis is asking . Will keep you posted . Thanks a lot.💫💥

The important things is you need to reply on their RFE. That is part of the process that is what happened on my case, but my lawyer didn't file it as VAWA.

What do you mean did  not file as Vawa? What kind of case u had?

I was abuse too by my ex husband, but my lawyer decided to filed it As divorced enter in good faith marriage. At first I get mad at him because I thought he would file my case as VAWA, but when he explained it to me why he didn't file it as VAWA he said, either way, we need to prove to them that I enter in a good faith marriage.
