I applied in end of September 2019 for EAD expiring in march2020, along with advance parole

 

i got the notification that it was approved 6/30/2020

 

no “card being mailed” notification yet though. 
 

I asked my congressman to do and inquiry and also started an inquiry once it went out of processing time and it was approved shortly after. 
 

So, don’t worry, just be on top of things. When is your EAD expiring? You will get or probably have received an receipt extending the EAD 180 days more after expiration date.

Yea... mine had the same message but not until like March or something.... and I applied in September! 
 

When they ask you for the documentation at work, let them know. Explain them the whole thing, I did the same and everything was ok.

 

I was asked by my HR in like February and then again 3-4 weeks ago they called to see if I have any updates, which I did not at the time and they we like ok, we will check in again with you and let us know as you know... 

 

as long as your e-verify is ok, you are good 👍🏼

Approved VAWA September 2019, I-485 was applied for concurrently with the VAWA in 2017, still waiting on an interview. Best of luck for us all.

How do I reach out to my congressman? And how do I check my processing time? Cause I usually see 12 to 36month in the Baltimore area for i485. Any suggestions will be appreciated

Look up who your local congressman is - I simply googled. Once you have a name, they usually have a website, call them and they will guide you

@dreamer1This may be the reason why you haven't received the physical card yet. Last friday i received notification that my card was ordered. Waiting to see how long before it is mailed.

I just received a letter of "I-693 Deficiency notice" and it says I did not submit. It's an orange paper and it says "Do not mail documents at this time"

 

Can someone tell me more about this? Does this mean my case is at local office?

If you don't mind me asking, was your EAD renewal based on approved i-360 or pending I-485? I applied for my EAD renewal back in February and my EAD expired back in June. I have 180 extension so I'm good until December. 

My renewal is out of normal processing time I just submitted an inquiry online to see what's going on. 🤞🏽

good luck with the inquiry, you can also approach your congressman. I did both, at same time
