Hey everyone !!

i need some advice what to do with my case

so I file I-360 in January 16 2018

i got 4 prima faice

On July 2019 ref

uscic received the response for the ref on August 6 2019

since there my case stuck on the status

“Response to uscis request for evidence was received “ almost 1 year!!

i tsk with my lawyer and he send few time request and I ask from the senator to check

both of them get the answer that my case it’s under “Security check” and uscis doesn’t know how long it’s will take

i been in this situation before when I file i485 when I was married and I it’s stuck like that for 4 years until we get divorce

when I ask my lawyer what we can do to make it’s faster he answer me nothing really but you can sue uscis

my case over time process already 8 months! And every important information I file the I-360 when I’m outside USA without the option to back until my case be approved!

my question is if anyone sue uscis before and what is the process?

and are you recommend to do that ?

I really want to back home to Usa I live there for 5 years!

thank you everyone!

Hey..sorry for the inconvenience..but in my honest opinion, I don't think it makes sense to sue USCIS just because your case is pending security checks! Unfortunately some persons get stuck on security check a while, but it is eventually resolved. I doubt this is a scenario for taking legal action..USCIS will win here..it's due process...your attorney probably suggested that to make you feel good and for him to feel active or something...I can imagine how you feel..but these situations happen..patience is needed as always. Like I said it's my opinion..listen to what others have to say! 😊👍

Identify your fear and isolate it.  Give it a name of a word or two.  Then face it.  Look at yourself in the mirror and say, aloud, "I'm facing _____, and I'm going to be JUST FINE."  Repeat this several times until you're nearly shouting at yourself, with confidence.

It's guaranteed that you'll feel much better afterwards.

Thank you for this advice! It is hard especially when I am with people around me. They think I am crazy.

NOT TRUE at all....there is no requirement to even issue a PF.  There are several VJers who already stated that they NEVER received PF and got approved.  In fact I only received my PF six months after I filed for VAWA, and only received PF renewal once and nothing else.

But you can't get PF or get approved if you fail to respond to RFE that was sent before or submitted evidence that were not requested. You can get approved without PF but PF is a good sign for vawa

Good morning everyone!

does anyone know by experience what the time length is from C9 combo card approved to mailed Out?

Hi dear, it differs slightly for each person I believe..I'm not sure what is is now considering the current climate...but I remember it was just a matter of days between each update.i.e, from card production to card mailed roughly 3-5days😊👍

@cindy122808 You can google free mental health/counselling services so as to get in contact with a mental health professional/counsellor. It's advisable for people who have been traumatized to continue with counselling. The scars that last the longest are not always physical! It's really a terrible thing I hope you get the relief you seek! Stay blessed dear!🙏😘
