Google your your congressperson, or you can contact senator Gillibrand's office...once you get a hold of them the rest is easy..they will send you a privacy release document which you will fill out..there's a part for your enquiry...then you sign it and send back to them alongside the receipt notice of the petition(s) you need help with...wait for response!👍

Should I write to any congressman or ombudsman, I don't even know to who to write? Lawyer only keep telling me wait,wait, wait, wait. Can anyone suggest anything? Or really just wait?

Hey..hope you good though? Hang in there! So did you or your lawyer ask USCIS to hold the i485 petition pending when VAWA is approved? If not it may be denied...yes it's true you can file a fresh one if this is the case! Obviously you filed for work permit..I hope that is helping out...you can always renew! Your petition is still within processing time..so don't go crazy yet..didn't you read about the case still pending from 2016? You need to be patient..the trip takes time..just focus on self development and healing..it will all come together in the end!❤🙏
