Hi guys!

I was complaining over my EADΒ RenewalΒ

for so long here and finally yesterday my expedition request was approved!πŸ™πŸ»
Β

I can’t describe how happy I was! And I’m now.

So. Senator was involved and they helped me.

I sent them job offer and they did all β€œdirty” jobπŸ˜…

Β

Im so happy! For the last couple ofΒ months of expectingΒ I was struggling so much! It was incredible stressful.

While I was waiting I lost my sleep.Β
But. I know Universe did it with some purpose.

Guys!Β thank you very much for your support! Somewhere in a middle of the way I was ready to give up! But you were so supportive!!!

Now.

Everything what about VAWS send it TO VERMONT! By default! Because we his delay was part of my fault.

And second. If someone of you in the same situation just contact your senator and ask about help. Ask twice if needed.Β
Wish you guys great weekend and how awesome it will be if everyone who is β€œpending” will get approval very fast!!!

Im so thrilled and gratefulβ€οΈπŸ™πŸ»

Congrats!!!!!!

Hello to you all, I have a question. My I-360 was approved on july, 2019 and Approval letter sent dated September 2019. I haven't heard from USCIS since (10 months). How long do you think it takes to send my I-485 to a local office? or do VSC process I-485? Thanks Β

Hi dear. Your i485 will be processed at your local office. It's usually transferred to local office anytime from 30-90 days. I've seen some cases transferred earlier than others..probably depends on the workload/pace of the officer. My i360 was approved March 2019 and i485 transferred June 2019. Your i485 is definitely at your local office awaiting interview slot. It's coming..these are dark times..but the light is near!πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

Thanks my support systemπŸ˜€It has been almost 300 days (10months) after the approval. Do they transfer it without any notice? I haven't heard anything about the transfer either.

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ How have you been though? Yeah most people don't get notification. You can confirm via your representative. Don't stress too much too many folks are anxiously waiting for news too..I know how it feels. I'm praying they approve y'all without the hassles of the interview!πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ˜˜

Hi VJ family!Β almost 22 monthΒ since my i360 approved.NoΒ word from USCIS. How long will it takes to get interview notice. I’m feeling highly depressed.

Actually that's a long time..whoa! You really should contact your representative..the current situation may have contributed to the delay obviously..they probably will end up approving you without interview..I sincerely pray for that!πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™ it's about time!

Thanks, i'm doing great. As we discussed I gave all my worries to Jesus and i'm well rested on him as ever. I have my EAD, applied for AP. I don't think i'm gonna need the GC right now, it will come when the time comes. But I wanna make sure I did't mess things like my Attorney's office address change or something.Β I'm blessed to have you in this group. Blessings to all of youπŸ™

Hello I hope everyone is doing wellΒ

I just discovered this website today and found out not that long ago about VAWA it was such a relief for me and I see everyone is nice and supportive here so I thought I’d ask a questionΒ

I was tricked thenΒ forced by my abusive spouse to work 3 legal jobs so I can make enough money for living for both of us and I was trying toΒ save to apply for green card which never happened( part of spouses plan)Β Β , anyway I work as a server , cook in the kitchenΒ and door dash / uber driver / amazon flex driverΒ

I got all 3 jobs with only my SSN and my passport but never presented work permit , I don’t have one nor being ask for it,Β got my W2 , paid my taxes but my J1 Visa is expired , and all I have is my SSN which I got when I came in the states

My question is how will this affect my case if I apply for VAWA , I have good evidence and material of the abuse , from friends , neighbors and family and I’ve beenΒ to psychiatrist 3 sesions so far IΒ haven’t been to lawyer yet as I said I just found out about VAWA not long ago and alsoΒ because I am not sure I’ll qualify with my jobsΒ

Hi you're most welcome here. As long as you can prove you were abused and that you qualify for this here petition, you will be approved no doubt about it. Unauthorised work is usually forgiven for VAWA petitioners..but once you've petitioned through when you're approved, you are advised to refrain from such! VAWA is a humanitarian petition that forgives a lot..but never to be taken for granted! Gather all relevant documents for this petition..read through earlier threads..ask questions..it's always a good start! Wish you a smooth journey..oh yes it is a journey! You'll need a whole lot of patience I can't even lie about that..but you'll be fine!πŸ‘πŸ˜Š
