Hi everyone. I have been silent reader here for a long time. I m really happy for those who had approval, but time is flying and I m getting to depressed about myself. I filed for marriage based AOS in 2017 March, my Interview based on marriage was on February 2018 but my husband just didnt show up at interview time and told me he doesnt want me get papers. Long story short I did apply to VAWA only November 2018 and they get it December 2018. I got my first prima facie January 2019 for one year, and in January 2020 get another PF till June 6. I was hoping to get anything from them after June 6, but seems like they forgot about me. I wish I knew about you guys on that time. For now I have only I360 form sent with all copies of I130, I485, I765 from 2017 year. I hope I write it quite understandable. But it was sent by lawyer not me. Reading all stuff you guys writing, should I send new I485? Or just wait for approval or denial, whatever. I am so tired from waiting here. I have two kids which I didnt see for four years😭. Should I write to any congressman or ombudsman, I don't even know to who to write? Lawyer only keep telling me wait,wait, wait, wait. Can anyone suggest anything? Or really just wait?

You are not outside of processing times with a December 2018 filing of VAWA.  The system states they are processing June 2018, so you will have to wait.  If congressman asks about your case, they will only get this reply.

Your approval is coming my dear. If your I-485 was denied because your husband didn’t show, you can request to have them reopen it after your I-360 approval. I think that’s what some people did, but don’t quote me on that. If your husband is a citizen then I think you can file your I-485 and include a copy of your I-360, but I think this is after you get approved. We will have some Nov 2018 waiting and a few others. It takes a lot of patience my dear and prayer. Your day will soon come.

I filed i360 vawa September 24th 2018, 

I360 vawa got Approved  April 15th 2020

Received EAD C31 on the mail April 20th 2020.

Approval Notice on my email and case Approved update on my USCIS profile June 17th 2020....

@Kama2018 hello dear, sorry abt ur case, but I want to let u know that USCIS has not forgotten abt you at all, they know u are there that’s why they send you prima facie ok? And one thing u should know , it’s very hard to get i360 vawa  denial when they sent you prima facie already, .. it’s not that it is impossible to get denied after prima facie it’s just that it’s rear  to see cases like that... so my thoughts for you give USCIS a little time I guess ur case is going through background check already and before September or October you will hear good news from them by Gods grace... you can request a new prima facie from Vermont service center if you like, but I believe they are gonna send u a new prima facie before July ending.., be patient and have faith in God , I guess you have your EAD C09? Hold that very strong ur approval is coming soon...
