If they asked for birth certificate and you can easily provide it to them, then only birth certificate. Make sure to attach a translation report if it is in a different language then english

Yes

They did not ask for any specific document but asked for additional evidence regarding my birth record . That’s why I tried my best to gather whatever I can.

 I’m on my way to the post office, to send the RFE package now.

Do you guys send mails to USCIS with “signature required” option or not?

Wish me luck :)

@Shroy123 @Stillwinning!!!😊

Thanks for reply Still Winning!

My partner has called me names, such as "little ", "little ".  He has smacked me upside the head when he was drunk.  He keeps threatening the relationship and how we should break up.  As well, he says "He has a long line of guys wanting to hook up with him." Hearing all of this is quite exhausting.  I know my story isn't as bad as some others, but for me, this is a lot to take on.

I truly have a feeling my partner would follow through with the filing if I asked him, too.  He simply wants all of us to be happy in the long run.  I also have asked my SO to do couples counseling, and he said yes. So we will see what happens

You don't need to have a bad story to  kick his ### to the curve. I would never accept my husband calling me names,  if he smacks me upside the  head the cops will be in my house within 5 min, and he feels the same way. When your spouse doesn't respect you there is nothing  left to fight for. For God sake stop accepting crumbs in a relationship!

Hey dear..so what did you decide on afterall? I believe it's done already by now...the signed for option is more secure. All the best!😀👍

Hello everyone,

I have a question, when I check my status on my I360 receipt it says "A new card is being produced"

My VAWA was received by USCIS on March 2019, got my work permit July 2019, fingerprint August 2019, I send my work permit renewal April 20th 2020 and June 18th 2020 I got the message "A new card is being produced" but not under my work permit receipt but under my I360 (VAWA) receipt.

Does this mean my VAWA has been approved?

New card been produced is always a thing of joy...regardless of what category! It's likely your case has been approved...so let us know what card you got when you do get it! Either ways a big congratulations to you!🌟🙌👍😀
