But what does this mean? I’m lost? If they already send me my work permit card what’s this? Thank you 😊

RFE is request for more evidence. When your attorney  filed the i360 form she must have checked the box for the C31 card which is the deferred action that you get once your i-360 is approved.

Card being produced on I-360 means that I-360 was approved.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

Hey @sandranj This is music to my hear 😅.... Do i need to sent USCIS any proof of his US citizenship now? or when i apply for us citizenship.

You will submit proof  that he is a U.S Citizen when you apply for Citizenship. I believe you didn't receive your green card yet,  because F2A category is current then you don't need to prove that he is a U.S Citizen now.

Hi everyone! Does anybody have psychological evaluation tips? I got my evaluation today but not sure if it's good/bad or enough for my case. Any tips? Maybe articles or examples? Help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The psychological evaluation MUST mention the abuse in detail, onset of problems, number os sessions, tests performed(BAI and BDI) diagnose, treatment plan, and referral if needed.Usually a good evaluation has 9 to 15 pages.

So my lawyer has been hired and disappeared - I'm back on my own. I wired money and heard back once from the paralegal that they will get back to me - never heard back. I would have asked her but can't rely therefor have to ask you, I am sorry.

My eval is 4.5 pages, talks about:

1) Evaluator background

2) Referral information

3) Therapeutic relationship

4) Evaluation Methodology

5) Mental status (able to comprehend and speak)

6) Biopsychosocial background (half a page)

7) Trauma history (1 page)

8. Assessment (the tests I've done - all 5 of them takes 1 page)

9) Conclusion

I'm asking my therapist to include some language that deportation would negatively affect my recovery and that I have a stronger support network in here etc.. Should I add this extreme hardship language?

Thank you

It seems your have a generic psychological evaluation. She needs to mention the abuse in detail, one page mention the abuse will not help you at all.

I arrived here(VJ) after submitting my petition and when I saw detailed lists of evidence that was supposed to have been submitted, I wasn't sure I was going to make it to be honest! My psychological evaluation was less than 4pages. About 3 and half or so. I've also read about a couple of petitioners who didn't even include this report or police or medical documents just affidavits and still made it. I'm not going to say I'm lucky..I'll just say I'm blessed! Thanks for your selfless contributions.😊👌
