It's not unusual..I guess it just depends on the case and pace of the field office. Some cases are really complex and thus needs more time for adjudication, while others may be straightforward enough to be approved without delay. Like I mentioned above, the other factor is the pace of the field office..some are faster than others. Some cases are taking 16-24 months to be processed. It will surely get to your turn. You just might be pleasantly surprised. Keep your fingers crossed!😊👍

Hey guys!

Ive posted just recently about my struggles with my EAD renewal.

I got a mail form our senator office (they were inquiring on behalf). It was two months ago I guess and I got a standard answer.

But today o got another mail from them.

Here it is:

Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter.  All expedite requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  It is the burden of the applicant or petitioner to demonstrate that one or more of the expedite criteria have been met.  Please provide additional information/documentation regarding the basis for the expedite request, such as a job offer or letter from current employer.  Please also note that a single letter from the applicant, without additional supporting documentation, does not generally meet the criteria for expedited processing.

We hope the information provided is helpful.  If we may be of assistance

I was inquiring couple times but could it be possible that USCIS sent respond not to me but to our senator office?

Its king of silly question but i can’t understand what is it tho🤔😦

But. I have I question.
What can I provide them in addition to work offer?

Good evening VJ Family can someone please clarify something?

According to the new reclamations if someone has a criminal conviction he/she won't be eligible for an EAD renewal> I have a metro citation that happens in 2018 I have paid the fine but it is under my name as a criminal charge it was a fine of 35$. Do you think that this incident will prevent me to renew my EAD?

I mean idk what to think anymore?

I am sure this will not count against you in any way. It’s just a citation that was paid and don’t show on your record. Such citations brings worry if it repeats itself within 6 months interval and not paid for. I can assure you, it’s nothing to your EAD renewal. I onces had one and never experienced any delay.

It is showing as a criminal charge on my record that’s what I’m worried about 😢

The Law just applies to people applying under category C 8, C35 and C36.
