Hello good people. Need your advice regarding EAD. My attorney has filed I485,I765 and I360(c31 category) all together. PD November 18-2019. I would apply for the EAD C09 category. You might be a year out for I-360 approval if you filed November/2019

08/2017 - Married USC

09/2017 - Application for I-485, I-765, I-131

12/2017 - Approval  I-765, I-131

09/2018 Renewal application for I-765, I-131

04/2019 - I-485 interview scheduled 

04/2019 - I-485 denied, husband withdrew

05/2019 - Application for  I-360, I-485, I-765, I-131 

12/2019 EAD, AP approval

07/2020 EAD, AP renewal sent to Vermont

10/2020 EAD, AP Approval

11/2020 VAWA I-360 Approved (C31 produced)

01/2021 I-360 status changed to case approved

03/2021 - I-693 deficient notice from national benefit center

Hi guys, I had a police certificate requirement for K1 Visa, so I had it prior even entering the US and used that one for VAWA. Did you need one for when you was going to the Embassy ?

Because your attorney filed c31, you will

receive it after your vawa approval and it takes between 18 to 24 months to get approved.

 

i would recommend you to file new i765 and i131 based on pending AOS c09 category so that you can receive it within 3 to 6 months

bank statements

joint tax returns

joint lease (proof of residence)

joint memberships (any gym, club)

join health insurance

affidavits from friends/family

 

all are eligible for bona fide marriage

@Stillwinning!!!😊 I spoke to my attorney today. They apparently received the receipt for my I-485 end of May and they didn't tell me🙄. Do you know if you have an attorney, do you still get a receipt as well or only the attorney gets it. Idk if I should call them and see if they can send me another receipt.

only attorney's get it. you need to ask them a copy they will provide for your records

Hey Iceman..just reading this. The attorney gets it. Why don't you ask your attorney? During my journey, I used to drive over to my attorney to pick up documents.💁

Hey if all you had was all you submitted then you'll have to resort to attestation from witnesses and ultimately yourself! They could write detailed affidavits and so should you...most of the documents you mentioned, I didn't even have...the affidavits came through!👍
