Hello family, I hope everyone is safe and healthy!!

I’m here this time to ask if  anyone else has received this letter?
Today this letter arrived in my mail.
I sent my complete package in July 2018
My Vawa was approved in February 2020, the next day I received a notification that my I-485 had been received at my local office but now I am confused that I receive this letter from NBC, does it mean that my folder is not in local office?
I have already been waiting 6 months for an interview, my local office is Boston Massachusetts, is there somebody  from the same local office? After this letter, how long it will usually take to get an interview?

thank you in advance for your always support and help, God bless you all!!

Guys, I don't know for you. But since I-360 status changed to "card is being produced"  I can't stop checking my case update every 15 min 😄

It passed almost 3 weeks since then and still nothing about case. I got the card last week.

How long more approximately?

Lol..how long more for what exactly?😀

Oh I see. Mine took a month..some folks here reported more time..so relax and wait for it..😀 resist the 15min check temptation LOL! At least you're approved..It's just a matter of administrative processing going on at the moment on your case. You'll get the update dear..Chilax!😉

Honestly even if you can't get a termination or admin closure you can still file I-485 with the court and then you can file a C9 I-765 with USCIS.

The procedure in cases like this is basically:

1. You send only the I-485 form with the fee to a special USCIS lockbox, they'll issue you a receipt notice.

2. You file the complete I-485 application with all supporting exhibits with the court as well as include copy of the I-485 receipt that USCIS gave you to show that you paid the filing fee.

3. You file I-765 with copy of I-485 receipt notice you got from USCIS and evidence that you filed with the court (like a stamped first page of the I-485 packet) with the Chicago Lockbox.

Thank you @Demise

I am wondering why  to send I-693 at NBC when it was clearly stated  in the letter that sending documents at NBC might delay the case . Right ? Is there any example who sent I-693  at NBC and got their I-485 approved even after that notice ? I mean if that is a trick, then that is honestly good.

USCIS warned in bold letters to not send the medicals at this time..else there will be consequences..like delay..so I'm really at a loss myself...wondering...💁

Do you mean I file 2 cases of form i485 with court and with USCIS? Is it allowed to have 2 cases of i485 pending both at the same time? In case I get a admin closure before i360 is approved, am I going to still be able to get a EAD based on asylum ? Sorry for many questions @sandranj @Demise
