Master hearings are just basically 15 minute checks ins with the court (though you'll be there longer due to a lot of people being scheduled at the same time, you'll be like less than 15 minutes at the actual bench, once you're done you're free to leave). There won't be a major decision made during it. It'll literally go like this:

Judge: You filed I-360, what's going on with that.

If pending:

  • Lawyer: Still pending.
  • Judge: Okay, your next date is ...

If approved:

  • Lawyer: It was approved, we'd like to request a termination of proceedings to file with USCIS.
  • Judge: ICE attorney, do you agree?
  • ICE attorney: Yes/no
    • If yes: Case is terminated.
    • If no:
      • Judge: Okay you'll have to file I-485 with the court, we'll set an individual hearing date for you on ...

I am also in removal proceedings. Filed standalone I 360 with my attorney since October 2019. I went to my first master hearing and got a date for my second hearing . But before my second hearing I received a prima facie case determination letter on i360 and my attorney asked for a motion to continue with that PF which was granted. If my i360 is approved, should I wait the next hearing to terminate my proceedings or my attorney can send a letter anytime to ask for termination? So that I can file i485 with uscis?

Yeah you can submit a motion at basically any time.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

You know, weekends are so annoying when you're waiting on a decision that can only be made on a weekday.

If the document(divorce absolute) is available he can request it and it will bear the date which is usually 3months after the divorce nissi was issued! If not..it will be determined that his divorce wasn't final and the implication will invalidate his current marital status..and consequently disqualify his qualification of a qualifying relationship for the i360 petition! I hope you understand the gravity of the situation?💁

thank you. All the replies have been forwarded to him.

I received my ead/ap approval notices but not the actual card in hand. After new card is being produced, status changed to case is approved.

Any idea when they will mail the card?

Printing of the card is slow as you aware, however, USCIS announced that people can start working with approval notice.
