Application is currently 4 months pass processing time and I just have a general question. When I-360 is approved, do you get a notice in the mail first or an update online?

You get update online than I797c Approval Notice will be mailed to you.

DPS does not consider PF for drivers license unfortunately. You need to visit dps office, they will perform 2nd verification on your status and you will get an update within 2 weeks. Most of the time, license gets approved based on 2nd verification

I got a letter for biometrics  for i 360.Do they do biometrics  for i 360?

I only submitted i 360 alone .i did not submit  i 485 and i 765.is this normal?

Hi, it’s normal to submit I-360 alone, but why not submitting together with I-765 ,?and I-485 if your spouse is a usc? do it now! good luck 👍.

 I meant i submitted  i 360 alone and i was called for a biometrics.i want to know if getting a notice for i 360 alone is normal.

@Tayeolabode123@gm Yes they responded to the 360 you filed. I happened to do the same, Filed only 360 because my ignorant lawyer told me I can't file for work permit and 485 till my 360 is approved and I was literally suffering...no food, no job, can't pay my bills till I joined this amazing VJF and was told I can file for 485, 765  which I went ahead to do. And when I filed for the 360 I got a letter for my finger print just like you did. So its normal my dear.

May I ask when you received the letter and what date biometrics will be (and where)? I’m curious because so many are waiting and according to USCIS website, ASC centers (that conduct biometrics) are still closed country wide

I’m November 2018 filler and I’m sure my approval is on its way ( trying to stay positive) 

 

I would love to start researching about divorce lawyers in NYC/Brooklyn area. 
Is any of you has some good recommendations? 

I don’t think my divorce will be an easy one: my husband own me money and I’m intended to have it all back!!!However, back in December 2016 he signed a payback agreement in front of a notary, so I guess I’m partially covered.
