My timeline and paperwork I submitted is unique

-- Aug 14, 2018 submitted I-360---  I-485 was pending since Jan2017 and was put on hold

--  I submitted my VAWA without any psychological evaluation  or police report.

-- I had a few pictures of abuse and I visited  the psychiatrist who put me on medications

--  I submitted vawa without  even any letter from the  psychiatrist or psychologist .

--  I filled self statement 17 pages long which was way short on courtship. My attorney said although it was drafted in poor english, but one of the best statement she ever saw

-- In Apr 2020, I got RFE for character certificate from home country

-- In May10 2020 I filled response to the RFE

-- Aug 20 I got approval for I-360

Huh, I didn't submit psych eval or police reports either (USCIS already had background checks on record for me due to DACA and there were no police reports because I was stupid and didn't call the cops). I got an RFE only for bona fides to which I sent them basically everything I've had that wasn't submitted previously (receipts for gift purchases, receipts for rings, bank statements for basically the entire time we lived together with various items distinguished, college transcripts showing that we took classes together, and stuff from turbotax since IRS was closed at the time). I also pointed them to things previously submitted with the I-130 that I no longer had access to (one of them was letter from the landlord stating that we lived together). My original statement was 5 pages long and my RFE cover letter was 3 pages long.

I filed on my own, being broke ###### sucks, I'd rather pay some suit to deal with this for me.

But I sent it already to Harrisonburg,VA  USCIS center.

Is it a big mistake?? Will this not affect my case?

Because when I printed AR-11 it was written on the back that address to send, not Vermont.

It's actually supposed to go to VSC no where else. They may forward it..but it's safe for you to do it right this time.. And when you do..confirm through your representative..as USCIS is ever so messy!💁

Wow! Believe me someone else could have submitted this exact same documents and be rejected! I've seen folks with enough evidences being questioned, and others with few evidences approved without questions! Understand when I say GRACE truly does speak!!!🙏😊👍

I got my interview date y'all.. it's set for September 24 I'm excited and nervous at the same time.. only drawback is that I have to travel to another state for the interview, which I don't mind. We sent in a change of address twice but I guess they didn't get it or honor it 🤷🏾‍♀️..

Congrats you'll do well!👍👌🌟💫

Congrats.,....... Go and ace it 👍. You've got this. Same like myself I did my address change successfully and I had all my correspondence for two years coming to my current address. Only for USCIS to send my interview notice back to my old address with no notifications at all. Thank God 🙏 I still had good people still living in my old address who informed me about the mail. Even though I was in school away from my home state I still made it for the interview

I wish you the best of luck in your upcoming interview.

In general every interview is dynamic depending on the IO. Mine was a narrative of everything from scratch.

Others have theirs just the generic 485 yes/no questions. So it depends and suggest you to there with a clear mind to expect anything.

You'll be fine dear and leave everything in God's care.

Just be prepared! Mine was basically a walk in and out. Yes or no questions on i485. An angel officer with blue eyes and blonde hair! I will never forget how God came through! Go over the i360 package one more time just in case..then of course the i485! You'll be ok I promise! Pray for favour and grace..it's all you need!🙏😊👍

I have an awkward experience. Sent AR-11 to vermont. Received notice of approval for my ead to old address from bc, forwarded to me by usps. Same period Received correspondence from Vermont to my new address. So question is how come Vermont has updated my address and not nbc. Now card was sent but usps didn't forward to my new address but rather sent back to nbc 🤭 just filled the form online again! Hopefully they will all communicate with each other and get it right

The answer is simple...USCIS can be really messy! No..make that clumsy! They need to get it together!💁
