I think you're right, I just checked online. I'm going to reach out to my attorney. 😒

Thanks for the help. 😊

Just wondering what he'll do if you tell him😏...I mean it's sent already to the wrong destination..they do transfer though..but it takes time! Now here's how mine went...I got receipt notice 4weeks after my i765 was submitted to NBC(wrong destination) so I'm wondering why yours is taking extra time...that's the reason I said you'll still get it as long as it was delivered! There's little or nothing your attorney can do at this point..complain anyway!👍

Lol I just want to complain now, and make sure they pay more attention next time so that don't do that to someone else's case.

Did they specifically asked for home country police report? If yes, then you have to submit it.. keep trying you will get it.. ask your friends/family to arrange a report for you

Yes from my home country. Since the first day I received the rfe notice I've been talking to my family and friends in different regions the whole agency is blocked off nationwide on schedule, it is really unbelievable. I even contacted somebody offer to pay for the legwork but he can't do anything becoz the whole agency stopped accepting applications.  It is really frustrating.

Hi, just to set your mind to rest..I believe USCIS extended response time due to the pandemic. You can look it up too so don't take my word for it but here's what I found..

On March 27, 2020, USCIS announced that it will allow an extra sixty (60) days for timely responses to all Requests for Evidence (“RFE”) or Notices of Intent to Deny (“NOID”) dated between March 1, 2020 and May 1, 2020.

hello @Stillwinning!!!😊thank you for this info I really do hope so, I will look it up and dig further.

Dont worry.. as @Stillwinning!!!😊 quoted, you have additional 60 days to submit your rfe.. relax and wait until it opens. Otherwise, write a letter to uscis and explaining them the situation. They should consider it as a response to your rfe

Thank you! Every step in this VAWA is a test of patience indeed.

No, it was mailed to Chicago service center. That's what the USCIS website says to mail to if you are filing based on an approved VAWA. If you file concurrently with i-360 then you send it to Vermont.

That is why it is late.

@Shroy123 Thanks a lot dear, I just can’t wait, I don’t think am gonna get courtesy letter becos I submitted my Medical’s together with my i485 2017 when my spouse filed for me then.... a quick question  are you waiting for your interview also ?

Do you mean the i-693(even though it expires) is still valid. I submitted it with my I485 application 2018

Hey guys, did International travel reopen? I see a lot of flights live on flightradar24 coming from Europe to the US. So any news on travel?
Also, did you see any March 2019 approvals or only February 2019 so far ?

I've heard that if you're flying from Ukraine and you're not a US citizen you cannot have a transfer in Europe, and direct flights from Ukrainian Airlines are not planning to reopen until this fall or so

@Honey1 yes that’s what I mean Medical’s , at the time I submitted it  2017 to ISCIS it was valid and not expired, so I don’t think they gonna request another one....
