The EAD returned to uscis due my attorney changed his address I'm waiting for them to send it back to my address

Honestly in a case like this you should probably be filing a straight up appeal (do include the bloody pictures though and a cover letter literally walking whatever moron will be reviewing it again through the evidence) because that's more evidence than in any VAWA case I've ever worked on.

It's a waste of time filing an appeal.He should refile the I-360.

Folks I had just in August,so far, 23 VAWA petitions approved, 8 petitions are from visa journey's members.Most of the cases I filed between March  2019 to May 2019.But I still have around 30 cases filed in 2018 awaiting adjudication.

8/18/2020: i am here for the interview🤩🤩

 

My journey was pumpy,  struggling with my abuser,  my mental health,  my sadness,  my NGo. 

 

But it is coming to the end closer than ever.

You can also place a service request that the notice got lost in the mail via the website.

VAWA petitioners CANNOT require anything online, and USCIS is prohibited by privacy law to give any information regarding a VAWA/AOS over the phone. The person must send a notarized letter to VAWA Unit requesting what he/she needs.

Hello guys, I finally received the "Request for further evidence" for my I-485 today. The letter states that my initial I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) has expired. So I have to send another one to them not later than November 12th, 2020. The good news is that the letter is from my local branch office here in Dallas. Thanks guys. @Stillwinning!!!😊, here is the update. I pray it goes smoothly from here onwards

Hello Kersac, 

Do you mind telling when your i-485 was transferred to NBC/ Dallas FO? I am in Dallas as well. Applied for AOS separately in Nov 2019. My case was transferred to NBC in Dec 2019. No updates since then.
