Usps forward 2 of mine so far but 1 was not forwarded it was delivered to the old address so make sure and keep checking both addresses.

I have the same issue right now. The EAD went to the attorney's address, the new address was also on my i-360 and also her office address but they still send the approval letter and the transfer letter to the old address they are unbelievable.

i had my interview today. Everything was smooth. The officer was so nice and empathy. 

 

i missed i693 and the officer gave me rfe,  since she knew about 2 misaing biometrics appt due to NGO mailing issue

 

my field office is santa ana,  california.

Sorry to hear that. I suggest you refile when you find out why your case was denied, I was denied in 2014 and I refiled 2018.

The guess so far is that the denial was due to a prior marriage rather than this one. Though it's hard to say without seeing the actual RFE or denial notice but then again a lawyer only skimming through the RFE and dropping the ball is not outside the realm of possibilities.

I disagree with you thinking your case would be denied every case is different and every Imo is different I had far less because my husband did not want his name on anything we only had a joint account for 3 months because he was owing child support and I did not know and they garnished all the money we had from the account. Just pray and trust God.

No my I-360  was pending for 28 months, RFE was submitted 107 days before approval. God is good have faith you will get your approval soon.

My dear friend, you should be getting ready for your approval..there's not gonna be any adverse decision here! Let that sink in! I've read about people getting approved months after RFE response! It's coming please don't lose hope!😘😊👍

Sharshar darling, I like your positivity..it goes a long way! Tell them how you were denied previously, and approved now! There's little that one can do if they let their spirit stay broken...we need to be strong and focused..it's the only way to win! It doesn't matter how long it takes, as long as it happens! Anjon, I can write an epistle..but really that's not what you need right now..get the notice in hand first..see the reason you were denied..that will inform the next course of action! Also you will be needing more of legal advice...that's were attorney Sandra comes in..she's in the best position to advice you! Be encouraged by Sharshar's story..I would love to hear your testimony later..of how things turned around, because it will!🙏😘🙏
