You will have to check with your schools in state qualifications. - Not all schools accept that alone.  Colorado is one state.   Regardless of how long you have lived there, until you receive GC, you pay out of state Tuition.

You cannot call the VAWA unit, only an attorney can call.  They will not respond to anyone that is not an attorney.

Yes i fully agree on that, For my State Maryland for your proof of residency is current lease and bills

You can do that. I did the same thing when i didn’t receive my RFE for i485 because uscis had my attorney’s wrong address. You can visit your local office and ask for it they will provide you

You do not need to pay i765 and i131 fee if applying based on pending i485. Just attach a receipt

      I received my transfer notice on Friday and this morning  I got and email that they send an RFE requests on my I-485. My lawyer requested an address change when she put in to renew my EAD in January and the new address was also on my i-360, they sent the EAD at the lawyer office address but after that they sending everything to my old address eventhough I updated it myself.

i had my interview today. Everything was smooth. The officer was so nice and empathy. 

 

i missed i693 and the officer gave me rfe,  since she knew about 2 misaing biometrics appt due to NGO mailing issue

 

my field office is santa ana,  california.

 

thank you all to creat a safe home for victims. You guys are amazing,  very supportive. 

 

i keep you guys update

9/2017: i360,  i765(c31). My NGO did that to me😏😏😏

7/2019: rfe for good moral.

9/2019: 360 approve. Thanks to @sandranj @Stillwinning!!!😊 and many many ppl here who raise question,  answer,  give hope and encourage to victims to hang in there,  contact congressman, filling forms,... 

 

11/2019: i485 submit

8/18/2020: i am here for the interview🤩🤩

 

My journey was pumpy,  struggling with my abuser,  my mental health,  my sadness,  my NGo. 

 

But it is coming to the end closer than ever.
