Well, yea they sent all my documents to my lawyers address and the last thing I received was my EAD 09 two weeks ago. My status for I-360 additional evidence changed on Thursday last week so I hope they sent it. Is there any way that I can go to the field office and request the copy?

First and foremost ask your lawyer for a copy of whatever they sent, by law they are required to keep records for a certain amount of years after conclusion of the case and provide you them upon request.

I don't think you can just waltz into a field office to ask for a copy, but you can try to request a copy of the documents by submitting a FOIA request, note that you might not get everything (or almost nothing) for a recent or ongoing case. I have previously submitted a FOIA for I-130 that my ex filed for me and only thing I got back were like 5 pages of family photos, I have reasons to believe that it ended up at the NVC which is why it wasn't in my A-file at all. After that I made a request for my entire A-file.

Well, only thing that I need it RFE, my status changed last week on Thursday that they sent RFE but my lawyer didn't receive it yet.

Oh, well in that case try calling the USCIS helpline and possibly schedule an infopass if it came from the field office.

You can also place a service request that the notice got lost in the mail via the website.

Hello all,

I'm filling out my application for i-131 and i-765. But wanted to get full info on fees so i can write the check. But saw this (Screenshot below). I paid my application fee for 1-485. Do you think that's the reason i'm not suppose to pay anything? Can someone please explain? Cause i don't want my application mailed back.

Yes that's exactly the reason, I-765 and I-131 are free if you filed I-485 before 10/02/2020 and paid the fee for it.

VSC Phone number is for attorney on file only, as for now they have limited staff due to Covid so they are only accepting email inquiry: HotlineFollowUpI360.vsc@uscis.dhs.gov they will not give information to the applicant unless is in writing or thru congressman. VSC will verify G-28 form and will reply to the email from the attorney back. @vawa2018
