I already submitted my psychological evaluation last year.

Recently I found some problems in this report:

The psychiatrist listed some incidents, and related the abuse to the PTSD and trauma, this part seems fine. 

However she related "sleep disturbance and OCD" to "my worrying about my immigration case" it was so wrong but I did not pay attention to this part by the time I submitted it.

1. Is this going to be a problem?

2. Assume this is a problem how can I fix this problem? If I prepare a new report, does it affect my credibility?

I didn't receive my RFE yet, is there any way I can get it in Chicago Field office because they are going to be furloughed very soon?

Hello guys.

I am just courious about,is that so often that USCIS send letter on previous address? When I submit my RFE 3 months ago, I add on form AR-11 on the top of the documents with my new address.

And 4 days ago,I got message "We mailed your card for your form I-360 on address you gave to us".

Did they send on new address or old address? How to be sure is new address? How to check? Does somebody know?

Or this is very rare to make mistake?

I did't receive any track number to track the mail !! Should I have track number? What is your experience?

I didn't receive letter or any info from them they confirm my new address also.

You should probably call the VAWA hotline and ask them to confirm the address.

Well if it was going to do any damage..it probably already has since it was submitted last year..but I personally don't think those statements will have any adverse effect on your case. We file VAWA for immigration purpose..self petition to be able to adjust status by ourselves..it's normal to worry about our immigration case..hell I worried about mines too. While I totally get your concern, I will advise you not to make too much of it..you don't want to seem to the officer that..that is your sole concern. I get it. Chill out..if they ever ask for any RFE..then you may write a statement if you wish reflecting your true feelings..etc. But I really don't think it's necessary! Relax dear you'll be alright!😊👍

If it's mailed already, you better start looking out for your mail in both addresses..it could have gone to either of them due to the fact that USCIS is really messy with updating address! Usually folks here find out through their rep's enquiry to USCIS! Do what you gotta do..it's important stuff here👍

Will USPS redirect priority mail (i.e. mail from USCIS) if you put up mail forwarding when you moved?

Probably for other regular mails but with USCIS docs, they usually take it back so I've seen here honey.😊👍

Hey dear..they mail it only to the address they have on file..not sure of anyway else...you'll have to wait to get it.👍 or throw more light incase I've misunderstood you.

Well, yea they sent all my documents to my lawyers address and the last thing I received was my EAD 09 two weeks ago. My status for I-360 additional evidence changed on Thursday last week so I hope they sent it. Is there any way that I can go to the field office and request the copy?

I haven't heard nor seen it done before..people usually get a copy when they go through their congressman..I did get a copy through my senator. Also especially since they don't do walk in no more! Might be wrong..but these are only my thoughts.💁
