No, for I-360.. It was a coincidence but yes, it happened to me last night; same error message.

I think it’s system problem. I did the same last week several until early in the morning the system accepted and it went through. Keep trying. Your rfe coming is just a coincidence. What is it for if I may asked. Mine still waiting for reply.

Since i have c31 ead , can i apply just AP based on my pending i485?or do i have to apply co9 again combined with AP?

June 26 c31 card production

July 23 card delivered

August 13 case approved

Yuhoo. My EAD renewal has been approved based on c09

Applied EAD/AP on May 13 2020 and it has been approved in 3 months.

But there is no status update on my AP. I am not sure if it will be combo card or just an EAD

Hello all,

 

I recently change my address, sent send a letter and form AR-11, I was advised to contact uscis to schedule appoint.

 

I have been trying for 3 days, I finally spoke to someone today, she refused to escalate the case to level two officer... she even hung up on me😟

 

My EAD renewal updated to July 30th, aprroval, got approval letter on Aug 5th.

Aug 11th updated to we mailed your new card

But suddenly changed. on Aug 12th to your finger print was received.

 

Should I call uscis number again? is it advisable  to report the agent that hung up on me to a supervisor?

Do all at your disposal. You can ask your congressman to enquire about the address change..if it was successful..or not, also about the mixed updates. Call again..It's happened to me before when one officer feels infopass is not needed, another thinks differently. Focus on moving your case forward rather than reporting the rude officer..that's my opinion. Always focus on what's important..keep your eyes on the price!👍
