Yes new should be c09. If your attorney ask for fee, you can submit it by your own. You do not need to attach his/her g28 along with your new i765 package. Make sure you send it to Vermont

NOA usually comes after 3 weeks. Did you use informed delivery option from usps? Because it will show you if vsc received it or not

Yes, I was tracking the package and it shows it was delivered on April 27th.

i didn’t submit my I485 , I 765 and I131

my work permit will be expired next November it is based on C09 . 

i want to ask :

1- if i submitted I 485 , I765 and I 131 i would get the new work permit based on C09 ?

2 -  i will get a combo card with a travel document  ?!

3 - can i travel abroad to visit my family or i have to wait until get my VAWA approval ?

Hey Ahmed, you will get the C9 EAD. Yeah you will be getting the combo card (work and travel), you can travel to see your family..the pandemic was the main consideration..but looks like travels are beginning to happen..makes me happy..I need to do some serious travelling as well.😊👍

Also NOA receipt can be anywhere from 2weeks and up. I always used to get my NOAs really early but I've also read about folks waiting for even 6/7 and 8weeks! This is to set your mind at ease..so you know it's not that unusual.😊👍

Hello guys, how long does it take to hear back from the congressman inquiry. I emailed them yesterday and did not get a email. Is it good to email or call them? here is the link which i followed based on my zip code:

In my email (which was short) i described that i needed help with an immigration matter, i entered my first and last name and my contact info. Or, should i have emailed them with full details? sorry this is my first time contacting them for help. My vawa case is pending since june 2017.

You'll definitely hear from them..but I always recommend calling...the delay might be that they have to respond to earlier e-mails first before it gets to yours..if you don't hear from them in a few..then put a call through!👍

Hello everyone I am in a dilemma. I posted here 2 weeks ago that I received an RFE for police clearance. Since day 1 I coordinated with someone from my home country to procure a police clearance for me. The problem is due to the pandemic the volume of applications are too much that they are blocked off until August. My deadline is August 24 and counting the timeline I am afraid I will not be able to comply on time. Has anyone tried writing USCIS asking for extension?
