Any idea what date range is being processed for i360 at vermont right now? My relative filed for i360 in September 2019. When can she expect to hear back.

Hi, they are processing mostly 2018/2019 cases now...if memory serves me correctly, I've read about up to August 2019 approvals here. So ask your relative to hang in there..although each case is different, while some need more time obviously to reach a decision, others are pretty straightforward! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

What should I include in good moral character?

If you did biometrics with USCIS previously and lived solely in US for the past 3 years then chances are that you do not have to provide anything (I didn't), since they do have an FBI background check on you on record. If you did biometrics previously and you still get an RFE for it then you can give them a stamped biometrics notice as evidence that they've conducted a background check on you.

ย

Otherwise you need to get police certificates that you have a clean record from wherever you lived during the past 3 years. For example if you only lived in NYC, these can come from either the NYPD, NYSP, or the FBI.

ย

If your record isn't clean then you need to basically justify everything that happened or/and prove that you rehabilitated. Evidence of rehabilitation include basically not re-offending, completing whatever sentences imposed on you, letters from people that know you vouching for you, professional assessments (for example if you got busted for drugs and went to rehab and got clean that's evidence of rehabilitation).

If you were in the U.S. for at least 3yrs before filing the petition, then get police report from your district/borough..but if less than 3yrs, get it from your last country of residence..anywhere you stayed for at least 6months. Friends, family, colleagues can write to attest to your good moral character..and of course a personal statement from you reiterating you're a person of repute.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

Please see my response above as I was specifically asked for good moral character..USCIS stated all I just told you above in my RFE description. I follwed the instruction carefully and emerged victorious! If you run into any further confusion, holla at the house!๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

Hello big family! Hope everyone is doing fine and wishing all cases being processing Aand approved :)

ย

I have a sully question, besides the online tool from USCIS and the one you create an account there is another secure way to find out more of our cases? . the only tool just shows when my case I360 was approved back in march and the account one is worst just shows when the file was accepted back in 2018!

ย

so... Any ideas?. I receive the I797 but no the RFE for medical or neither the notification that my case is going to my local office..

Did you file an I-485?

ย

It's basically just the online system, their phone service (though VAWA cases you need to generally call the VAWA Unit), and requests made by mail.

I know the anxiety is making you crave more and more..lol..it's understandable.๐Ÿ˜Š the RFE as you call it for medical update doesn't show up on the updates..at least mine didn't. You will get the notice in the mail. As for your I360 or i485..sometimes you get updates sometimes not. I believe when your i485 is transferred, you'll get an update..if you need to know the status of your case that much..you can enquire through your congressman. Some folks had their i485 transferred without getting updated. Messy USCIS there. Coupled with the troubles the pandemic brings with it..lol.๐Ÿ’

Thank you. Yes I filed I485 with I360 together.

Honestly from what I've been seeing it's taking them a while to forward I-485s to field offices these days, and then for the field offices to schedule or waive the interview, AFAIK VSC doesn't really issue decisions on I-485s.

ย

You could try and nudge the process by placing a service request on your I-485, worst case scenario they'll tell you that it's still within normal processing timeframe.

Yes stupid anxiety! Haven't been that long the wait only 5 months from the I360 approval... I guess I can wait until the end of the year if nothing comes.

Other question for c31 EAD renewal is the same fee of $410?

Yeah C31 EAD is $410 to renew, this is kinda why C9 is the better deal (at least until the fees change in October), free renewals and you can also get advance parole.
