I raised congressional inquiry  almost 10 days ago with  the senator but no response from the USCIS so far.My case is past normal processing time. Please help me by guiding what to do next. Tanks

Contact your congressperson again to check if he/she submitted the enquiry to the USCIS.

I inquired thru my congressman about my pending I-485 (held previously from marriage) My vawa was approved on December 31, 2019. Case change to approved online on February 6, 2020 Approval & deferred action received few days after. They confirmed my I-485 is currently undergoing VAWA pre-processing at NBC. I never received a transfer notice. I really hope to received interview or RFE soon, to have some movement on my case the wait is frustrating 😕

I had something similar happen with my current DACA renewal, it basically disappeared from the system for like a month and then randomly reappeared. I could get it to show in my uscis account however. Try doing that (make an account if you don't have one already, add paper filed case), this should let you see the most recent action at the very least. My guess is either incompetence of their IT department or some weird bug.

Also, do give them a call, for two reasons: one is to ask them to fix it on the website, and two just to ask if there's any updates since you got the courtesy notice or RFE. If you got a courtesy notice then you will eventually get scheduled for an interview once they start fixing the backlogs from COVID. If you got an RFE then the interview has been most likely waived.

Thank you Demise! Hopefully it’s just about the technical bug. And I had gotten this letter. Do you think that it means I should just wait for the interview notice?

This letter is advising you to get your medicals done and bring with you to your interview as this information is missing from your documents for i485. It is better to get it done when you have an interview date as the document has a validity period from when you get it through when you hand it to USCIS. Best wishes!😊👍

My congress office informed me they just started to work on held cases (which I don't believed much) This was the answer from my congress office theys said All cases were placed on hold due to the situation with Covid.:

Congress Respond beside USCIS:

please note that we had an unprecedented situation which placed all cases on hold, therefore your approved I360 was on December 2019.   March, April, May and June 2020, were no process of any cases with US Immigration which means it has only been 90 days from the day your I360 was approved.  I will keep you informed as I receive a response from USCIS.

Your case file is still a protected file regardless of if your VAWA was approved already.  You will not be able to receive any information on your case online or by phone.
