This is not a psychological evaluation and it will not help you at all.Find a psychologist ,attend therapy and ask the professional to draft a psychological evaluation mentioning THE ABUSE IN DETAIL, your background, onset of the problems, tests performed (BAI and BDI), diagnose, treatment plan and referral, if needed.

Yep you must submit a copy of the I-360 receipt along with your AOS petition.

Anyone here travel during pandemic to your home country and came back with PAROLE? Are we allowed to come back? I know it always depend on the officer...

Hi Sandra - I hope all is well. I have an RFE that was due July 10 but things got delayed with COVID and suddenly the lawyer quit the firm and it's been like pulling teeth trying to get a status on my RFE , when a new lawyer to look at it and mail it out (sigh). 

 

I have the psychological Evaluations and affidavit ready on end. Can I just hire a new lawyer or send the RFE response my self? What should I do? I am running out of time and I am in panic mode. What are my options?

Anybody know what's the current normal timeframe for USCIS to process an I-360 after an RFE? I got one on Feb 27, 2020 (due May 25, 2020), sent in my response on May 21, 2020, and been sitting around twiddling my thumbs.

I'm not 100% sure if they are seeing people for infopass due to the pandemic..but incase they have resumed these are steps..👍

 

1. Call USCIS at 1-800-375-5283.
2. Get through their automated system to talk to a tier 1 agent.
3. Demand a tier 2 agent and convince them to schedule an appointment.
4. An agent will call you back within a 48 hour window to schedule an appointment. They will only make 2 attempts to reach you.
