Thank u all so much for your response. I have been stressed so much from last few days. Didn’t know what to do. Thank you for giving me some hope

I would recommend go ahead and file for C09 and than you can expedite it as you are running into financial hardship. You will get it faster than normal time.

Hey guys, did International travel reopen? I see a lot of flights live on flightradar24 coming from Europe to the US. So any news on travel?
Also, did you see any March 2019 approvals or only February 2019 so far ?

Hi everyone,

i think some of you know my case, August 2019 filer, my lawyer submitted c31 instead c09 with i485 which was submitted with i360 . Rfe response was received on December 23,2019. I know i been told to submit c09 but my lawyer never agreed with that and then this COVID 19 thing happened. It’s nearly 11 months without work and money. M here by myself in this country totally helpless. Should I submit c09 now or should i wait for i360 to get approve now as its been 11 months already and i have seen people getting approval from February 2019. Even though some people waiting from 2018 as well. Please suggest me on this. Thank you

@Sk1992 Jesus !!!! So you have been without work permit all this while? Why would u do that to urself? You would have insisted and told the lawyer that u want him to file form i765 for ead C09 for you or u file it urself if the lawyer refused... i360 vawa wait time to adjudicate  can not be totally predictable some people get it faster then some get it late , so you need ur C09 to hold tight as a comforter while u wait... so sad to hear this , if I was u I would have told my lawyer to  filed my C09 long ago.. sorry dear.. your lawyer left u just like that without work permit and he will never be able to help u with money so at the end u alone suffer everything 😨 you allowed him to make decisions for you?  Jesus, !!!!   ... .  I pray ur case moves fast for you...

My attorney did the same thing but lucking uscis gave me c09 instead of c31. There are few more people here who had a same issue like me. You need to file a new i765 based on c31. You just filed your vawa last year. It may take up to 2 years to get approval notice

@Shroy123 it's not that serious...it's just for the petitioner to be cautious at least while the case is pending..especially as mentioned by the attorney here...different countries, different rules! Cheer up bro!😂🌹🌼🌻🌸😘

Make sense.. 😉

Hi guys, I filed my 485 at the end of April based on an approved Vawa. It's been almost two months and I haven't received any notice that they have received my case. Any one else has had a similar issue?
