Congratulations, I'm a december 2018 filer. Police clearance from my country is blocking me. My country is not able to deliver it right now.

Notarized letter alone is good but if you want you can attach the i.D for more credence..although I had some letters in my time that weren't notarized..those were the ones I attached i.d's to. You have nothing to lose by attaching i.d's if you can in my opinion..like I said..it's more credibility even though the notarized letter is good enough!😊👍
