I think the only country you cannot visit is your home country while pending asylum otherwise you are free to travel any other country. Correct?ย

@Shroy123ย ย yes bro u are correct , an Asylum seeker can not visit their home country untill they get their USA blue passport in their hands.... they can not visit their home country with their green card, if they do, USCIS will invoke and cancel their green cards,.,, they can only visit their home country after they get their USA passport @Kama2018ย yes I guess Sandraj said you canโ€™t travel to your home country with Asylum case pending, but you can travel to other countries all you need to do isย to apply for Asylum advanced parole itโ€™s a small passport USCISย ย gives to asylum seeker to be able to return to the U.S after travel.. u have to apply for it... bless u

I pray that anyone thatโ€™s waiting from 2016, 2017 and 2018 get approved immediately. I hope for all approval, but waiting so many years is tough. I hope God showers you all with victory immediately, so you can move on to have the life we all deserve to have. I pray that God continues to give strength and hope even when things look tough.ย Youโ€™ve already won by leaving a bad situation, so victory will forever be yours. Thank you everyone for being supportive and honest with each response you give. Happy Friday all, letโ€™s see approvals today. Amen.

๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜˜ I join my AMEN ๐Ÿ™with those still waiting! Godbless y'all wonderful people!โค๐Ÿ’ƒ

That's what I heard too.. but every country has different asylum rules. I know someone who has takes asylum in UK but can travel and does travel everywhere except his home countryย

@Shroy123ย it's not that serious...it's just for the petitioner to be cautious at least while the case is pending..especially as mentioned by the attorney here...different countries, different rules! Cheer up bro!๐Ÿ˜‚๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ˜˜

Dear Braveheart, it's NBC that sends CL before transferring to local office! Perhaps someone will want to have an opposing view..just for the fun of it LOL!๐Ÿ˜‚ย  I sincerely pray your case gains speed!๐Ÿ™

Hi guys!ย
Im very happy for all of you who received a good news.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธ
ย

So here I am. Again with the same issue...

In still waiting for my EAD renewal.

So. Iโ€™ll try to be short.

Nowember 25 2019 my work authorization has expired. For work I was using 180 days extension.

Of course I was hoping that till that time I will have my EAD.

ย

May 25 2020 180 days has expired...

So almost for 1 month Im unemployed.

This is my own disaster. Like all of us here I donโ€™t have a family and lot of friends. But I have a child. Who want eat...

On March I sent to USCIS expedition request and 0 answer.
Somewhere about 2,5ย months ago I sent them online inquiry. USCIS answered me that they canโ€™t provide information onlineย because ofย ย VAWA. Ok. My bet

I sent letter to USCIS ( inquiry). Again 0 answer.ย
About 6 weeks ago I sent inquiry one more time. Nothing back.

Meanwhile the time to applying for EAD renewal for ย my child has come. ย ย May 25 I sent new package to USCIS.

UPS lost it and couldnโ€™t find. In a week they find it. Ok. So tomorrow is 3 weeks after I sent the last package.

ย

There wasnโ€™t 0 respond on any of those request and inquiries. My PF has expired June 7 2020. So basically all my paperwork has expired.

ย

I called to USCIS and wanted to ask about infopass but they told me that Iโ€™m not eligible. Itโ€™s just for emergency cases.

Well. Itโ€™s kind of emergency. If not my tax return (which I was waiting for 4 months) in a 1/2 months we will end up in a street I guess. All my savings would be gone:

ย

Guys. I donโ€™t know what to do.

I was contacting governor, senator, ombudsman (he didnโ€™t answer) and there no movements.

I feel like wasย ย just throwing those applications in a wall. I spent so much money for faster deliveries but it doesnโ€™t help. It seems like those letters are invisible.

Iโ€™m loosing my patience.ย
I have toย work.ย
I need to provide everything for my child. Iโ€™m afraid of what could beย happen.

My another friends are getting EAD for week-month. And Iโ€™m waiting for whole 1 year. And I didnโ€™t even get at least some answer from them.ย
Like...seriously?๐Ÿฅบ

ย

Where did you send your work authorization renewal?

because I apply the beginning of March 2020 and got approved June 8 2020

Hi everyone,ย

i think some of you know my case, August 2019 filer, my lawyer submitted c31 instead c09 with i485 which was submitted with i360 . Rfe response was received on December 23,2019. I know i been told to submit c09 but my lawyer never agreed with that and then this COVID 19 thing happened. Itโ€™s nearly 11 months without work and money. M here by myself in this country totally helpless. Should I submit c09 now or should i wait for i360 to get approve now as its been 11 months already and i have seen people getting approval from February 2019. Even though some people waiting from 2018 as well. Please suggest me on this. Thank you

if i were you i would send C09 since you do qualify for that. in addition to since you do not work, you might qualify for the expedite the c09 if you are suffering financial hardship.ย

Balo you are absolutely right! @Sk1992 you should go ahead and do it..your attorney isn't in any financial distress..they wouldn't relate. It's time for you to move up and better yourself! If you have questions or need guidance, we'll be here!๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘
