Hi guys!i hope everyone is well with this covid maddness. I am writing about my Vawa case, i submited  i-360 on August 2016 and then on October i received RFE for good moral person, In december 2018 corrospondence was received ,then yesterday i receive an update of Request of additional evidence...i am devastating after 4 years of waiting. i don't know yet whay i need to submit as my lawyer havent receive the uscis letter. Has anyone gone through this?

You can apply for medicaid with prima facie, and you will not be considered a public charge.  It depends upon the state you live in the guidelines to qualify.  Prima Facie just states that you can apply without the 5 year residency requirement, but it does not circumvent the qualifications for the benefit.

Dany-T you asked a question on the previous thread, and here is my answertsusp. USCIS will take into consideration the interview you had with your spouse, you had a "stoke interview", that being said they had some suspicion about your marriage and they wanted to clarify. Did they deny your AOS?If they denied and mentioned  a "sham marriage", then you won't have the new AOS approved, even with approved VAWA.If they denied because you could not prove a bonafide marriage then you are good.
