Hi guys,

I field my 751 in May and received the I797C notice of action today, however it does not show any extension date, it only shows my case is in process and they will reuse my biometircs. So I'm wondering what you guys I797C receipt looks like? Or the notice does not show any extension date at all??

Hi @Drwang1175118 I filed mine in November last year and received a receipt notice stating an 18month extension from the expiry date on my conditional GC.  It also says i can travel and work and the notice should be presented together with my expired green card.  Filed my sons a few months ago and received the same kind of letter

anyone experiencing same issue like me?

I have read about this before. You need to contact them to receive your extension letter. There have been cases of people receiving the biometrics notice but not their extension letter. But do be prepared that they might take a while. I submitted my package on 24 April and still waiting on extension letter, despite having contacted them about it...

My biometrics letter came before my extension letter- within two weeks or so of submitting the i-751. No further action was required from me, it came within the 6-8 weeks they said it would come.
