Evidence for Interview Phone Call Logs

Hi,

thank you for all of you responding to my last post! 

Anyway,

i was reading through some things about evidence to bring to the interview and one of them is pictures and phone call logs.

 

i just tried to take screenshots from all of our calls - one screenshot a month - but all i can access to was til 4/19/20. 
i didnt take screenshots of any call logs when i last visited him in the US in September.

is there a way to get older logs back or should i screenshot the most recent ones and then explain that i couldnt access the ones after i last visited him anymore? 
 

hope that weirdly explained thing up there is understandable lol

I would focus on submitting better evidence. No one wants to listen to why you couldn’t screenshot your phone calls.

Packet 3 Received : 10/27/14 packet received by petitioner in USA ( beneficiary never received packet 3)

Medical: 10/30/14 Dr. Buteau                  Medical picked up: 11/3/14

Packet 3 Sent : 11/10/13.. Had to schedule interview appointment and attach confirmation receipt to packet

Interview Date : 12/1/14                           Interview Result : Approved !

Visa Received : 12/10/14 picked up at Jacmel location

US Entry : 12/15/14 Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Apply for Social Security Card: 12/30/14 Connecticut

Marriage: 1/26/15

 

Adjustment of Status

CIS Office : Hartford                                  Filed : 3/18/15

NOA : 3/25/15                                            Biometrics : 4/15/15

Approved: 8/31/15                                     Received: 9/8/15

 

EAD

CIS Office : Hartford                                  Filed : 3/18/15

NOA : 3/25/15                                            Approved: 6/12/15

Received: 6/20/15

 

Removal of Conditions I-751

Filed: 8/14/17 at VSC                                 NOA: 8/15/17 Received 8/21 by mail

Biometrics: Dated: 8/25/17   Received 9/2/17   Appointment 9/11/17 

Approved: 10/23/18 -no interview

Passport stamps and/or flight ticket showing you were together at the same time hold much more weight than showing you talk on the phone. Face time is key.

Don;t waste your time on phone calls. You have the best evidence and the luxury of coming to visit the US. At interview they won;t ask you for anything anyway. If you already  submitted this evidence you will be fine. It's Germany not a hard embassy at all. Just bring more updated evidence if your last visits isn't in your petition package bring in lime the other poster said your stamps in passport, pictures from visit, receipts of places you went.

 

Trust me you won't be asked for nothing at interview. They don't have time for all that.
