NVC DS-260 Problems

Hello, We are Currently facing troubles with the system.  It isn't saving any of our information into the database and if it does, only pieces of information or its jumbled up. Is anyone else facing this issue?

If so, what did you have to do to have it resolved.

Try a different browser ..

On that case, it’s probably not an issue at your end .. wait 24 hrs then try again. It’s not an uncommon issue. From memory there is a save button at the bottom of each page .. the form automatically times out after a set  time period and does  not auto save.

We've tried waiting till low traffic hours and have yet to see any results from it, and there were attempts made for months now. with facing glitches and so on. save button doesn't work, or if it does it only does certain portions and other half disappears

make sure you fill out the page correctly with all req. fields then either save or move to another page which should save automatically. However, you must be pretty fast filling up the page or the system will log out in the background even though you still see the page.

 

There are plenty of issues with CEAC and I found that it is usually "low traffic hours" (aka US overnight) that there are the most problems with i.e. loading up documents. From around 9am EST it should work fairly well. Just sharing my experience.
