Reading it literally it means that they no longer want the information they requested of you ... but if you are doing  K1 then you have a I 129f and not a I130 .. so it may be an error on their part .. 

can you confirm 
K1 petition using 129f ? 
did you  receive an RFE at all .. or just this cancellation message ?

you married in 2019 so this is a CR1

be sure to do 2019 tax returns as married (joint or seperately)

It’s just i130 form

i didnt receive an RFE at all

If you haven’t received an RFE then you should call USCIS and confirm that there is no RFE or issue you need to address.

I know they don't but the USC needs to add you to the 2019 tax returns as this is important when you get to NVC and interview
