Normal flight operations and embassies

My cousins are coming from US to Pakistan on 3rd of july. They told me that they bought the normal ticket, its not a special flight. If normal flight operations are resuming does it mean embassies are also going to open soon for immigration cases?

Flight operators do not control US embassies....The embassy will open when it deems fit that its workers are safe, and of course the country must have lifted conditions too

No- why would it?  There is no connection between the US DOS and the airline industry.

Just because the airline sells the tickets for that particular date, it does not mean that it will actually happen if there are still restrictions.  We've had 3 trip cancellations already.  Also, there is no connection between airline industry and the embassies.
