Can this super-simple device stop virus spreading on airplanes?

Airline industry will never be the same again. I am sure we have all heard about the proposed change to the way people fly due to covid. What do you think of these designs?

  Stop spread is not the best choice of words. They should go with "help prevent asymptomatic spread", although how much it can do is probably still debatable.  The seats in front and behind are still less than 6 feet away, and the exposure time on aircraft can be extended.

   When I first saw it, I thought odds are actually good I would end up sitting beside a kid who will be making faces at me through the shield for the entire flight.

Something comes within 6 feet, it gets sprayed and a voice recording of Fauci yells at it to keep its distance.

If all these shields, screens, cubicles, etc. are not THOROUGHLY disinfected after each use, they will become the perfect fomite.

These things are not well thought AT ALL; basically it is just perceived safety.

I think the plan is to fog the planes with disinfectant between flights.  The simple fact is the airlines will need to fill the planes completely to survive.
