Anybody received paper copy i-130 approval or NVC letter?

For i-130 started ONLINE, have you received i-130 approval letters via regular mail?

 

Similarly, have you received NVC welcome package via regular mail?

 

We have not received our  (paper copies) at all and it's been around 3-4 weeks. Of course we can print out electronic i-130 approval and we have our NVC welcome emails, but we worry someone out there might have received our NVC letter therefore has login info at their fingertips.
