Hello All,

has anyone experienced this before.I tried to log in ,which I have been doing for last 6 months to see if my case was 'touched',and now the system will not let me get in.But i did enter my receipt number which gives me info that it is recd and pending.

I tried to open another portfolio,but the system regognizes the old email address,and would not let me open another portfolio...any advise ... ?

I don't know much about the system, but can you just add the new receipt numbers to the old portfolio? If you can't get into your old portfolio, you'll probably have to try the forgot username/password option on the sign in page. The password does expire, so that may be the issue.

Otherwise you can report website problems to uscis.webmaster@dhs.gov.

Hello texan,

Thanks for your reply..I have tried that method,and it lets me change the password,even with new password,same problem...!.I have written to the website help,but I recd an auto reply saying that they will not answer the question..

I will keep trying..

How weird...

When I wrote to that email address to report that the online AR-11 form wasn't taking my (valid) zip code. someone wrote back in about 24hrs and said the problem was fixed...

i would call to tell them about it. i had the same problem and also had no response to my emails. when i called they said that this problem is not that uncommon and that i would be able to check status online in 10 days time. that seems a little long, but oh well, at least they are fixing the problem! this is the NSC by the way.
