Beneficiary: Pakistan

Do I necessarily need "Written Statements" from family/friends as to how to they came to know about my marriage and authenticate it? I have all the required documents such as Nikkah Nama (English/Urdu), Marriage Certificate (NADRA) & Wedding Pictures.
I also do have the "Written Statements" but I can't get them attested from foreign office in Pakistan since its closed, but I have other genuine proofs. Will this be an issue if I apply without them?

Thanks in advance everyone!

Who are you applying for? Wife or children? Because I think, if you are a citizen you need CR1 category...?  Or are you a LPR?

Written statements are not needed if you have other supporting documents. Other evidence have more value than statements from people.
